Objective: In many countries, the advancements in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AND the decentralized computing method has inspired hope to take advantage of modern INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES, such as artificial intelligence, in order to overcome the unique challenges in global health including the coronavirus crisis. The following study tries to examine the possible future scenarios in the industry, with the aim of discovering new opportunities to increase health AND quality of life.Findings: Considering the research literature, seventeen drivers, which had affected the research in three dimensions, were identified AND the Delphi method was used for the accuracy of confirmation, their rankings AND for the calculation of their certainty. The relationships between the drivers AND the identified dimensions were measured AND confirmed in the form of hypotheses AND model presentations by structural equation methods. Using the cross-matrix method, five drivers were identified as risk AND goal. Finally, through the identification of uncertainty AND risk AND goal drivers, four scenarios were developed.Conclusion: Conclusion: The treatment structure AND medical equipment influenced by COVID-19 pANDemic conditions AND due to the growth rate, optimal AND intelligent application of modern digital TECHNOLOGIES creates a wide-ranging evolution in this field AND illustrates the possibility of achieving a desired future by taking advantage of the scenario of the formation of an interconnected global society AND the realization of global health in the interaction of artificial intelligence drivers, novel production demANDs, sanctions, internet of things (IoT) AND blockchain.

Coming to the era of INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION technology, communities have faced with many challenges. Concurrent with the development of tools AND techniques of social life, we have faced with the significant developments in the field of committing crimes. Today we are facing with new forms of crimes of gorging in cyber space that are committed by professional offenders by using technical solutions AND a lot of scientific AND practical skills are needed to combat with them. Electronic forgery at first was proposed under the Article 68 of EC law in 1382 AND subsequently with the approval of the Article 6 of the computer crimes in 1388 it was annexed to the Islamic Penal Code as one of the offenses of technical crimes. This crime in the field of INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION technology (ICT) can be achieved by using technological methods AND hence the accuracy AND data integrity of the massage as a fundamental pillar of the INFORMATION society will be undermined. This issue will easily shake the public peace AND trust to the social foundations. This article attempts to explain AND identify the nature of this crime compared with the traditional fabrication AND expressing the features AND qualities of technical methods that criminals can commit as the operation of crime of forging in the cyber space AND being familiar with it will help the legal community in analyzing the practical AND technical forms of committing this crime.

Nowadays, many criminal offenses are committed in cyberspace using INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES. Computer networks have created a fitting context for criminal activities in an organized manner. The report of the 11th UN Congress on Crime Prevention AND Criminal Justice (2005) has confirmed that money laundering is the most important of such crimes AND taking into account the possibility of final ratification of the Anti Money Laundering Bill by the Expediency Council, this should be studied as one of the most important economic crimes. It should also be noted that Iran is a party to the 1988 UN Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs AND Psychotropic Substances. AND in view of the possible ratification of/accession to the UN Convention against Transnational Organized Crimes (Palermo 2000) AND the UN Convention against Corruption (Merida 2003), these instruments, which contain provisions tackling all forms of money laundering AND might very soon become enforceable transnational sources of law, also need to be studied. This article seeks to analyze this crime when it done through high-tech instruments AND justify the need to tackle challenges posed by it to the criminal policy of our country.

INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES are widely thought as the new millennium’s dominant TECHNOLOGIES. Speeding up INFORMATION exchange AND decreasing the cost of trade, these TECHNOLOGIES continue to serve as a tool for boosting productivity, efficiency AND growth in all fields of human activities. The potential benefits of these TECHNOLOGIES are only achievable when they stretch through various domains of society. The present article discusses a range of theories on acceptance of INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES including, Diffusion of Innovations Theory (DIT), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Expectancy- Confirmation Paradigm, Unified Theory of Acceptance AND Use of Technology (UTAUT), AND organizational theories including Task-Technology Fit (TTF) model, Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework AND Fit between Individuals, Task AND Technology (FITT) framework. Finally, variables affecting users’ acceptance of ICTs are introduced.

Electronic fraud, or computer fraud as mentioned in Article 67 of the Law of Electronic Commerce of the Islamic Republic of Iran, adopted on 7 January 2003, is a high technology crime. For the purposes of this Law, this kind of fraud includes any resort to fraudulent means like input, deletion or suppression of data-messages, or unauthorized intervention in the functioning of the computer programs/systems or teleCOMMUNICATION means- in other words misusing INFORMATION AND teleCOMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES- in order to acquire money, property or economic benefits AND taking the property of others. This article aims at analyzing the constituent elements of this crime AND studying all methods of resort to fraudulent means using INFORMATION AND teleCOMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES. Thus, the extension of legal element of this offense to cases of fraud committed through "social engineering" AND "identity theft" will also be proved.

The existence of organization, expansion AND changing are specialties of mankind culture AND civilization. In present era that effect of organization AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES are so much in efficiency AND function of organizations. So subjects like review in organization structure AND human resources management are important. In other words, organizations are changing AND IT revolution effected on planning, organizing, leading, staffing AND human resources managing. This research examines the effect of IT in changing organization structure, till present a model for facility in this changing. In addition of determining appropriate TECHNOLOGIES, challenging, desired human resources management in form of models.

In this study, we try to understAND the relationship the use AND role of “INFORMATION technology” AND “networked COMMUNICATION” among students in Islamic Azad University of Arak, we use material from “theorical AND field studies” in terms of “Reference model for the implementation of networked COMMUNICATION (NC)”. Based on this, defined some factors in hypotheses: participants (demographic factors AND psychographic factors in use of IT), COMMUNICATIONal contexts of organization (organizational support AND development of technology) AND finally INFORMATION technology (qualitative AND quantitative factors). In order to support the main purpose of this paper “the role of IT in networked COMMUNICATION (NC)”.In order to fulfill the aims of the paper, with examining the Persian AND English texts, the questionnaire prepared AND consisted of 22 closed - ended questions. Reliability AND validity analyses were used to created scales for measuring use.Empirical data resulted in multiple regression with stepwise method show how “quantitative properties” (X4), “participant’s psychographic apprehension of IT” (X1) AND “COMMUNICATIONal contexts of university” (X2) caused “networked COMMUNICATION” (Y) in Sig=0.000. But, “qualitative properties of IT” (X3) didn’t entered the regression model.

The role of INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES (ICT) has been specified as a new industry in many parts of the world. Although ICT industry has spread to some extent in Iran, its employment generation effects is still underestimated. In this article, Input-Output pattern has been used to examine the employment generation effects of ICT sector in comparison with the other economic sectors of the country. Some indexes such as output backward AND forward linkages AND direct & indirect employment coefficients are used. On the bases of direct employment coefficient the results show that ICT has been ranked tenth among the other sectors. If value added in ICT sector increases one billion, 48 employment opportunities will generate in this sector. Based on indirect employment coefficient, if marginal demAND in ICT sector increases one billion. 32 new employment opportunities will indirectly generate in ICT sector AND the other economic sectors. Considering the rapid growth of ICT, we expect that as time passes, the employment generation effects of ICT will be clear even more than before. So investment in this sector can provide suitable ways for developing employment in the whole country.
